ABOUT

Amari is a recent graduate from the University of South Florida. He recently moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he plans to work as a freelance stage manager. He started his technical career in college, stage managing for local community theaters while building shows in the university's scene shop. His first professional gig as an ASM validated his desire to learn all about what goes on behind the curtain. He enjoys being a 'jack of all trades', and has acquired a variety of technical skills, from carpentry to rigging and scenic painting. Aside from theater, Amari loves travelling and has been to three different continents (so far!).
